Dental Staff

After graduating from Reed High School, I received a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. In 1997, I graduated from Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska. Creighton was my first choice because of their strong testing scores and their lack of specialty programs. I noticed that schools with specialty programs like endodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery would leave fewer opportunities to learn all the disciplines of dentistry.

I have been practicing in the same location since 1999 and I'm proud to call Northern Nevada my home with my wife and two children. When not in the office, I enjoy the outdoors of our beautiful state.

My way of supporting the community is through pro bono dentistry with the Adopt-A-Vet Dental program and the Healthy Smile Healthy Child program.

As our Office Manager, I am here to help our patients with checking in and out, scheduling, treatment planning, and discussing financial options. Our office has a fun atmosphere that I am so happy to be part of! Our patients are the best and I love the interaction I have with them. Dr. Dean loves dentistry and it shows through his calm demeanor and in the attitudes of his entire staff.

During my time off, I love spending time with my amazing family. We love all water and snow sports and a lot of camping too!

My name is Jacqueline but most people call me Jacque. I moved to Northern Nevada when I was in 3rd grade. I graduated top of my class from TMCC's Dental Assisting Program in 2015 and have been working for Dr. Dean ever since. I enjoy being a dental assistant because it's nice to be able to help patients out of pain or ease their dental anxiety. In my spare time, my husband and I like to hike so I can practice photography. My other hobbies include archery and drawing, and I'm also a proud fur parent of a Bengal cat and a big, sweet pup named Rusty.

I am a Nevada native and graduated from Reed High School. After graduating University of Kansas on a swimming scholarship with a bachelor's degree in Community Health Education, I earned my associate's degree in Dental Hygiene in 2002. I've worked as a registered dental hygienist in the Reno/Sparks area for the last 20 years, the last 2 years with Dr. Dean. I feel so fortunate to call this my home! Dr. Dean and the entire team are very caring and welcoming creating an environment that truly feels like home. I enjoy building lasting relationships with patients while educating them on oral health and the connection to total body health.

I am married and have two amazing kids! We stay busy with many sports including baseball, basketball, and dance. I enjoy going to the gym and swimming.

My name is Rochelle but most people call me Shelly. I moved to the Reno area with my family as a small child and absolutely love the Reno/Sparks area. I graduated from the TMCC Dental Hygiene program in 2011 and have worked with Dr. Dean since 2016. I have always been a 'tooth' person and enjoy being able to help people maintain a beautiful, healthy smile. My twin boys and little girl are my pride and joy. We love to go camping in the summer and spend time outdoors. I am very thankful to be a part of such a lovely family practice and enjoy getting to know all the amazing patients!

Hello. My name is Elizabeth. I have been in dentistry since 2011, first as a dental assistant before graduating from TMCC's Dental Hygiene program in 2020. I am very passionate about dentistry because I love to educate people on oral health and how it relates to overall health. I enjoy getting to know patients and making everyone comfortable. I am very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful dental practice.

I have lived in the Reno/Sparks area for 15 years. I love spending time with my husband and my two boys. We especially enjoy camping and vacationing.

I have been working in dentistry for 15 years and have been with Dr. Dean's practice since 2019. I handle the practice's insurance needs, explain treatment plans, financial transactions, and other administration.

I graduated from UNR and love being in Reno near family. As an empty-nester, I have time to enjoy Pilates, biking, and spending time near Lake Tahoe.
